I'm planning to give one to my sister to take back to school with her, and I'll probably post an ad on here for the rest unless someone I know wants one.
Most of them are ones I bought before I really thought much about breeding, one was a gender misidentification, and 2 of them were some I had shipped to me without a picture because the breeder promised they were good quality, which they are but out of the 3 i was sent only 1 has good finnage to my standards.
Hahaha, good thing I don't live near you. I'd volunteer to be a 'rehome.' I was back at Petsmart today. There was the cutest little marble HM. Good thing someone else was looking at him, and decided to take him. I do NOT have room for more! LOL
I wasn't going to get a new one. "Two is enough," I said.... But I went back to Petsmart to show them the one that had died. They sent me to talk to an employee, who was standing right next to the Bettas.... I pretended I didn't see them. The employee asked, "Do you want a replacement?" and waved at the line of Bettas behind me. And yeah, I couldn't resist turning around.... And there he was. Looking at me. Flaring his little green, red and white fins.
He hung on for a week, but I think my newbie is dying now..... Did another water change last night, but it didn't help. He's in his cup with enough water to cover him, but he's lying on his side now so he can't really reach the surface.... I don't know what else to do for him.
