Ive ordered fish from ttbetta, elegantbettas and patsayawan in Thailand. They all are very good imo. Elegantbettas has an amazing set of Giant genetics. ttbetta is the one that Superman and Binky are from. Ann Marie towel is the plant lady and expert betta person, she is the VP of Betta Breeders Canada. She does not have a website but sells on aquabid sometimes. If you want I could send you her email. Giant spawn was a fail. Silly Giant boy! Gonna let the girls fin nips heal up and recondition them for a try in a few weeks. Random answers lol.

    A few random questions-

Who is the breeder you order from often?

Who is the lady in Calgary that sells plants, and can you send me a link to her site?

How is the giant pair doing?

Posting my pm here seeing as how you have a full inbox

Okay so will you ship to me or Matt? Talked to my mom you could do two separate boxes if you are willing to pay some then me and Matt still will meet up this weekend as I have gravel and cultures for him anyways. Your choice you choose.
I heard wilds do better in softer water? I would be a great place for them because our water is quite soft. Let me know when you breed them! Assuming you are going to be breeding them.

I saw your comments about sfbb on sy's thread, and I am just wondering if the brine shrimp are fine from that company? I know it's not a great brand and I will try to buy differently but I'm sure you know (as a fellow Canadian betta hobbyist) there's not much available. So what is the risk? I'm sure it's lower then the worms...

Just out of curiosity, what is the name of the plant supplier? I am setting up that big tank from Sena as a planted tank and want to look into what she has and shipping to Edmonton. If the tree gets to big just trim it down. You could prune the roots as well. After I run out of the ial from senai will be ordering some from Amy lim hopefully, you and many others have said fantastic things about her.

When you order from Amy she sends seeds along. so cool. Im starting it inside and moving it in house in Sept. Not sure what to expect i think they can get awful big. I have had good luck with her leaves never a problem but I rinse well just in case. I always ask questions and my focus will be water chemistry, plants care of wilds. She is so smart and nice and worked with betta for years so Im all ears.
