Okay my advice for next time when making tannin tea. Put as little water possible in the pot when it begins to evaporate add a little more. Crunch up the leaves then strain it. Leave it boiling for a LONG time. I used 7 leaves, 3 huge ones and 4 small ones. Next time I will make it stronger and better, this stuff works but not as well as I would like it too.
I just am putting a little water in a pot then throwing in some leaves, leave the whole unless you can strain it to get the chunks out after. Batch one filled up a plastic water bottle. Boiling the same leaves again. This is much more efficient because if you throw the leaf in the tank not all the tannin comes out so by making tannin tea and boiling the leaves you get way more for your money. Anyways reculturing worms, doing water changes, and making tannin tea at the same time is fun, keeps me busy. Mouth still hurts though.
