Thanks for the reply - as soon as I manage a clear, full shot of her I'll let you know. Though she never reaches a very light color, maybe a silvery yellow on the undersides when she's vertically striping, but that's as light as I've seen her.

id say she has about 50% to 60% wild in her because i cant see her anal fin and her caudal fin so i dont see much wild characteristic in her excepted the dorsal and the iridescent on her body. please take a full picture of her for me to see. Full blood female bettas are very light in color some times you see them as yellow or light brown

Hi - I've only seen you post, I don't think we've ever met in forums. Was wondering if you could look at my Demi and tell me if she has any wild in her or if she's mixed...it's so hard to get a decent shot of her because she has to constantly swim to get anywhere with her damage.
