- Thanks so much OFL...sorry if it seems a silly question. I would have just posted it in a thread, but I would get so many opinions I would just get confused. I have learned a lot on this forum, but mostly I've learned to ask OFL first. Have a great evening!
- Okay...so your question is why the pellets are sinking...right....since the Betta seems fine other than not eating which can sometimes be normal.....
Don't know why they sink in the 5gal and not in the other tank...might be due to fresher water that isn't as dense due to normal DOC's...hard to say....
- We just got him day before yesterday, and got him in the new tank last night. When I took him out of the bowl he was in, I put him in his old cup with some of the bowl water...I then emptied some of the cup water and added some of the new water...both waters were same temp and ph as all my tanks, then added him to the new tank. Would a bubble stone help? I still don't understand the pellets sinking..weird.
- Can you help me please? I have a new betta in 5.5 uncycled tank. Water temp 80, no filter, ph 7.6. He seems to be swimming fine, but won't eat. I have two fake plants in there from my other betta's 5g established tank. Besides not eating, the pellets are sinking? They float in Buddy's 5g, and in Bella's 1g bowl? Please any advice?
