No he really didn't act sick at all. He was very active but not in an agitated way.

    Hi! Thank you!
Sorry it took me so long to respond- I just saw this!
I had to put Digger in a small tank. He started glass surfing and biting his tail in the big tank...His fins start growing back, then he bites again, lets them regrow a bit, then bites again. I'm trying to figure out what it's going to take to get him to stop. Any suggestions are welcome! Mommy's little monster!
I'm good on the water change/filter stuff. I've been reading nonstop since I got Digger...and now I have two more. The betta bug has bitten me.

Hi... I have many questions lol...

What do you mean by cycle?

I have already invested all I can afford to and even more on this set up. It seems the water change you suggest are a lot if yuo mean to do all that weekly... I am baffeling the filter to reduce flow. I can n ot do so many water changes... that is why the filter... I dont think it can hurt...

Well, he died. Two days ago. Not from what he previously had though. Thanks for asking though.

Thank you for your concern. :)
Unfortunately I don't have the male betta anymore. I do however have one guppie and one female betta. The betta sometimes chase the guppie but she ignores him. I also have the bottom feeder in there but he has never gotten out of hiding since I got him. It's like he doesn't like the LED light that's in the tank.
