SUPER SICK FISH. Sushi is 5-6 years old. He doesn't eat or swim and is really pale. Scales are not raised, but where gills meet belly looks swollen. when he does swim, it looks like SBD, which he had years ago before we switched to bloodworms. He's lived in 1 GL bowl with shells and rocks since 2006, and a live plant I gave him for Christmas. He eats frozen bloodworms and I use aqu salt with every h2o change (100% / 2 months) He has been lazy, although healthy until 4 weeks ago when his bowl cracked. My friend got a new bowl, added stones and switched Sushi's betta hammock with one from his tank. I don't know if the stones were new or used. Is it possible that bacteria was introduced? I don't know what to do. I feel he is just suffering and starving to death. It has been about 6 days since he ate. He lays in his plants at the top of the water. One last thing, he is still blowing a bubble mat, which seems kind of strange since he seems so sick. Please help!!!! :(
