As a breeder all my tanks are just bare so little things like that don't bother me. My males are kept in 1/2 gallon jars. Sure I don't like how they keep the fish but it's not my concern to worry about their fish. If people really wanted to help they would just stop buying fish from chain stores.

Everyone does need to complain to Walmart! I bought a betta tank from there and all it came with was the tank and a light! NO GRAVEL! Ask what things from a Walmart come with!
