Thank you Chesh, and everyone else who has replied. We looked for her again today, to no avail. She did have a tall anubia to rest on as well as floating plastic plants, and she was using them...

Update: I'm still watching her carefully, and no one has any nipped fins, and she just kind of "lunges" at other fish, but is not actually biting. I've been watching her mouth. And she doesn't...
