    oh cool. So about my tank...

    Its actually 4 1/2 feet, so I think its fine. And also, is the EHEIM external filter good enough? I read that an external filter may not be good enough for a cichlid tank.

    Hey tazman... I noticed you've joined less than a month ago but you're already a member! How did you do that?Well, I just wanted to thank you personally for your help for me and the forum as a whole. If it weren't for you, my Lake Malawi tank wouldn't have come together. Once again, thanks a lot!

    Hey, I saw your signature and was curious.....have you ever been on the TV show "Tanked"? I only ask because I see in your 180 gallon has all male fish, and I remember that in one episode they made a tank with that stocking. Sorry for bothering you.

  • 10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

    55g Saltwater Reef, 2 Baby Ocellaris Clownfish, 1 Talbot Damsel, 1 Klein Butterfly, 1 Yellow Watchman Goby, Snails, Crabs and Feather Dusters.

    90g - Empty - Probably going to be the sump for the 220g.

    220g - Empty and will be a slow build to get it running as a mixed reef!
