    The Filter is Aqua One Cf1200
    The tank is Fluval 190L Corner shape. 2 or 3 of the fish are rising to the surface and just float with their mouths on the surface. They only do it at night and basically in the same corner every time (opposite where the air bubble are being created by the filter inlet

    Some of the members kindly referred me to you as a Cichlid "master"
    I am very new to the aquarium world. would you have any idea as to why my cichlids are surfacing at night?
    I dont have a spray bar or air pump but was advised by the LFS that it isnt necessary. Strange considering the majority want ur money.
    Not all of the fish are doing it maybe just 2 or 3
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  • 10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

    55g Saltwater Reef, 2 Baby Ocellaris Clownfish, 1 Talbot Damsel, 1 Klein Butterfly, 1 Yellow Watchman Goby, Snails, Crabs and Feather Dusters.

    90g - Empty - Probably going to be the sump for the 220g.

    220g - Empty and will be a slow build to get it running as a mixed reef!
