Normally it is reccomended when you add new girls your remove the older girls, rearrange the tank, then float everyone above it again... it helps prevent the older girls from being to aggressive (since its THEIR territory)

My pleco is awsome! What would you like to know? I got a common one as a baby, and he's getting big now. I have a little tube for him to hide in, it's his home, and two big rocks he loves cleaning. He's so cool! He's really good at cleaning, and I love when he's on the sides of the tank, and the angel gets freaked out and tries to figure out if he's real or just a decoration!

Ditto. I never knew reading about people and their fish could be so interesting. But I can see how it becomes a full blown obsession. I started out with a 2.5 gallon aquarium, and now I'm looking into a community tank.

I know right? As of lately I've been pretty much living on this forum and one for my favorite tv show. I have more friends on my FB from forums than back from school.

I kind of view it the same way. Something sleek and elagant about boats, etc. I've only ever tried drawing a person once, in art class in HS. I wasn't too good. Bout the only thing I'm half way okay at is drawing horses.

The mechanical pencils are the best. No sharpening. Lol. My fave thing to sketch at the moment are sailboats. No idea why. Have this awesome bkground on my laptop of a wrecked boat and thought it'd be cool to draw.

Yep. Just starting out in the sketching. Just pencil and charcol. But I love acrylics.

MissPokemaster, How is it owning a Pleco? My dad has a 14 incher and he hates him. He would never get rid of him but he hates the fact he can't have any decorations and it's actually attacking other fish!

Ugh I have been bit. My fiance is still tolerating it. I wonder how I am going to break it to him that I am thinking about turning my empty 29 gal into ANOTHER sorority.

My male Gyarados is in a big 20 gal with 2 angels, a pleco, and 5 tetra. My new girl is in a 2.5(ish) with 10 baby tetras.
