Wish I could find all the dragon series and sit in a room and read in peace. Just imagine an old english study style library with towering ceilings and perfect nooks for curling up with a books. All the shelves polished oak and other gleaming woods. Wooden ladders leaned up against the shelves to reach the higher books. A cozy fire, high-backed chairs. Oooohhh. A gal could get used to that.
I wish I could read faster or had more time to read when I wasn't exhausted and likely to fall asleep with the book on my face (has happened multiple times lately, lol) yeah. There are so many good dragon series out there it is amazing!
Yeah. I've been told I read fast (stage whispers: she has waaaaayyyyyy to much time on her hands). I guess I just have a tendency to gobble up books I really like. I remember in 5th grade (now in 7th grade) I read Wuthering Heights in a week. Now I can read it in 3-6ish days. (yeah, wayyyyyy too much time on my hands). That other series sounds really good though! I'll have to check it out! :)
Haha. I know what you mean. That's okay. Even though I'm 25 I tend to gravitate towards younger level books. I don't know why. I think my imagination is still rather immature. XD Another good Dragon trilogy is the Pit Dragon Trilogy. The books are Heart's Blood, Dragon's Blood, and A sending of Dragons... tho not necessarily in that order. It is way different than Eragon but I loved it. It's about dragon fighting, but it is civilized more like wrestling or boxing with humans. It's really cool! And DANG you read fast. I'm still like on the third chapter of Inheritance... tho I do work a lot and play tons of video games with my Hubby so... lol
Made it to page 111 so far. I'm also reading these other great books. The first is called Dragon Slippers, the second Dragon Flight, and the third Dragon Spear. They're a trilogy. They are so good! I strongly recommend them, though they are not on as high a reading level as Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and Inheritence (if you know what I mean! :D).
