you could feed them dead/live, mostly people go with dead because it won't harm the snake. also i see garter snakes eat worms, little fish, crikets, etc. and there good beginner snakes as well, unless you want some snakes that eat mice or so

idk, i cannot even breed fish in general now because i have birds. and that my family are working on snake mating instead of what i wanted to do.

Yeah, not changing it for a few weeks won't hurt it. But if you have any doubts, you can always just do 2 50% back to back. :)

thanks, i really hope so that he/she pulls through as well, i kinda feel bad that people where saying to cull him :( that's the only thing i'll never be good at for breeders, i would keep deformities, but i wouldn't sell them

he/she got a little bit bigger, starting eating the food off the floor. he/she is doing slightly better now. sparta's eyes are getting more red, i think he is getting that from his mother

If all your good bacteria was in the gravel, it probably would kill the cycle but if you have a filter, then a lot of your good bacteria will be in the filter cartridge instead. If you do a 100% change, just don't replace your filter cartridge for a few weeks.

Depends on how much time you have rightt now. If you have a free morning, you can just do close to 100% and that'll get the salt almost completely out. Or you can do a 100% but I don't know what that will do to any good bacteria you have in there.

Many of my scaly friends from my original tank from 2011 have passed, except for two! I am in the process of re-doing my tank. :)
