Java moss, anacharis, hornwort, water sprite, and duckweed

I had a couple questions about plants. My friend is seetting up a 30 gallon and we are going to buy some live plants for it. The tank is going to have some tetras, platies, and cories in it. Just a basic community. What are the easiest plants to take care of? LOL She has never had her own tank before, so they should be as little extra care as possible.

As long as the current isn't too strong it *might be useful for catching up extra debris as it has no use for cycling Virtually. Eith Amy Betta fry tanks I do 80 percent daily Eith 40 fry in a 20 gallon. In that tank since its so easy to do water changes and if you want them to grow fast x50 daily and x100 weekly

I have 14 platy fry in my 10 gallon, and it's beginning to get very very crowded. Today I am going to go out and buy a 2.5 Gallon tub and a 25 watt heater . I plan on moving the 5 biggest fry from the 10 gallon to the 2.5 gallon tub today so it's not as crowded in my 10 gallon until they get their new home. All of them are going to a friend's 30 gallon. ;) How many water changes should I do weekly once they are in there? 3, 1 gallon changes? I have a spare 5 filter that came with my 10 gallon (really only good for a 5) spare, should I use that in there?
