Kfry, yup, lots of rain today. Poured while I was changing the koi tank.

The Frogbit isn't doing to great it looks brown. The duckweed and the water lettuce is looking good got some new roots in there. I was gonna ask you should I bury the guppy grass or should I tie it or leave it floating?

Haha, nice Grandma! One gave me $20 and the other just plain forgot it was my birthday. Thaat's okay. Even if she remembers, she usually only sends a religious lecture or $5.

That does suck but at least you got to go to the beach before the rain starts.

I'm glad you had fun. Haven't been to the beach in ages. Last time I think was Malibu and it was cloudy and windy, maybe 12 years ago. o.O I think I need to get out more, haha.

Yeah, it does seem silly to pay so much for rocks but I'd just be too worried about rocks from the wild carrying bacteria or having some toxic substance on it.

He ended up going, today was a fun day, tomorrow I just have to pick up gravel as Home Depot didn't have it. I may check Lowes first though, so expensive for some natural rock/pebbles.

Wow. Sounds like my brother, except we can't even get a hold of him on the phone. It's nice of you to ask him to go to the beach but if he can't be nice enough to stay in contact with you, then it's his loss.

Yeah, there are a lot of people who go all the time to church but are still rotten people and a lot of people who don't go at all but are probably better examples of Christians than lots of church-goers. And if people only go to church on the "religious" holidays thinking they'll be saved, they got another think coming.

Hey, can't go wrong with Xbox. XD

Yeah, I agree with you about the people who only go to church on the religious holidays. To be honest, it's been years since I went to church (my folks go regularly though). I don't do well with crowds of people. So I just read the bible and pray a lot. I do miss the music though. My family started out going to First Covenant church in Sacramento but two years ago, FC changed the services schedule and my folks didn't want to get up at 7:30 for traditional services so they switched to a satellite church that's closer, Bayside of South Sacramento or BOSS. Bayside was an offshoot of FC so BOSS is still a covenant church. It's a much more diverse church and the pastor is African-American and they really, really like it.

I should pick some more up. The LFS where I got my kuhli loaches had them crawling up the walls.

I honestly had no idea ghost shrimp were so cannibalistic until you told me. Wow. Oh that reminds me, I still have that magazine with the shrimp nano tank article that I need to get to you somehow.

My Easter was very quiet. Church, watched the Giants lose on TV, and then spaghetti dinner. Haha, Easter was more fun when I was a kid. How was yours?
