    I do! And that's the problem. :P

Would a sengal outgrow your tank? Also I think I like the look of some of the other bichir more. Sengals are a bit too bland for me. I love the colors on the delhezi and palmas.

You know you want a little Polypterus palmas.
I wish I could get something other than senegals... gonna keep looking. -__-

You... are terrible for me. ;P Don't justify my want of bichir by telling me they can live in perfectly reasonable tanks!

Ropefish could easily do a 55 gallon, for 2-3. Well, I guess most people say it's improper, but they aren't active, and they don't need to keep their bodies straight like knives. 55 gallons is good for a single bichir.. but again the width of the tank is the same as the length of the fish. All personal opinion with tank sizes once you start getting up there. I've heard everything from my tank is horribly overstocked to horribly understocked (if that's even possible). 75 gallons is a great tank size to start with these guys, that's basically what mine are living in, the 90 gallon is just 4" taller, doesn't really do much for these guys.

Haha! Sounds like a good plan. I've been watching a lot of videos of bichir and ropefish. Man I wish I had the tank space right now. Those guys are soo cool. Like a snake, but underwater.

No clue, actually. Just gonna go with the flow. I can expect 1" a month growth from bichir, so it's really not that bad.

How long before you could add the bichir? As I'm sure those are the guys everything else will need to outgrow.

Yes, I really gotta pick up the pace on this baby. Really need those congos growing, as well as the buffalo heads.

I can understand that. Kinda like not counting your chickens before they hatch.

    Wow! That soon! That's awesome!
