62 pounds for a year, which is 13 issues I believe. Around $100. I think it's a pretty chunky magazine. They deliver it by airmail, but that cost might be included since it costs more than ordering in the UK. I might ask for a subscription for Christmas.

Oooh! Where did you find it? Does it cost an arm, a leg, and a kidney?
-
I remember you saying you can't get PFK magazine shipped to the states?
Yes you can. :D

You wrote on your page and I just saw this. Woops. That's pretty big! I'd just feel really bad if they lost the ability to swim. The pearscales would seem less likely to catch other fish on the other hand. Celestial pearl danios, zebra loaches and pearlscales :D I like it.
-
I saw three adorable pearlscales at the LFS. As long as they didn't become these huge bubbles that can't swim that'd be cool. Can goldies live with other coldwater fish? If I get a job for the summer I could get a 70ish gallon for free. Would they eat tiny celestial danios?
-
A lot of people have goldfish spawning in tanks, and they spawn like mad in ponds. Koi will spawn sometimes, too, but they generally only do it in mud-bottom ponds. Goldfish are so frisky they'll do it anywhere lol! Would Pascal, Parker, and Penelope be pearlscales? lol!
-
Just curious, do koi and goldies breed at random? Never heard anything about them breeding..
I really want a 40 gallon, with 3 goldies, named Pascal, Parker and Penelope. I just imagined it one day, maybe it's a sign.
-
I couldn't even imagine having 100 fish! I'd rather have about 10-15 koi that I can easily recognize. I guess that's why I wanted koi over goldfish in a pond; koi are easier to tell apart! :p
-
Aw. That sounds pretty cool.. I always thought it'd be confusing to have like 100 fish in a pond, I'd rather get to know them since they're so smart.
-
Ponds have a very high startup cost. Let's just say it was my graduation present in lieu of a car... All of my little (well not really) koi babies have names. I've only got 6, and they are all very recognizable. I can actually tell you where most of them came from, too. Some of them are older than one of my cats.
