That is so cool! My big dream is to open and own my own restaurant, I respect people who are willing to do that and actually make it happen and are successful. I've been debating if I want to take Spanish as an elective. Where I work all but one cook is Hispanic, I have only taken french, which has helped with fancy french cooking terms but thats about it

I am in my second year out of three. Im going to a tech school and doing a double major because the programs share half of the classes so its three years for two associates degrees.
