Chases your finger?? O.o LoL that would freak me out a alittle bit.
I put some photos uo on my thread of the Dario Darios if you wanna see. They are not the best pics. I gotta go out tomorrow and see if I can get the right food for them. The store wasn't feeding them the best food.

Very nice! Hopefully there's some girls in there.
My halfbeaks attack my finger if I put it in the tank, and they chase it all over. Never had fish that do that. o-o

I made my mind up and I am going to go get the Dario Dario! I got my tank ready for the most part minus a few more pants. Going to see if I can find some crypts, Anubias, and maybe some Java fern for the tank as well!

Dermogenys pusilla. I don't think flake is unhealthy for them as far as I know. I bought two (females) as they were all the store had left and I sort of wanted to "test" them before getting a whole school. So far I am liking them and I will probably get a few more soon.

What species of Halfbeaks? Celebes Halfbeaks?? Those are soo pretty! Though I was thiniking flake food wasn't heathy for them?? I might be thinking of a different fish. Though I do know (if this is the species you got) they need to be in groups. Usually being 3f -1m

Haha, thought you would like to know.. I did end up getting a pair of halfbeaks. They are pretty calm, eating flake food no problem. A lot less trouble than I expected, and I may have to pick up more of them.

They are all surface feeders. They will probably eat bloodworms off the surface. Of course, tank raised vs wild caught makes a world of difference with these fish. You will have a much easier time with tank raised ones.
