I dunno I think 2 gallon is perfectly fine for a Betta. I'm just scared that he won't be able to adapt to my 10 gallon community tank once it's done. Some Bettas can't handle large spaces sometimes.

Awesome ;). Im not biasing you tank choices but 2 gal is a little small. If you arenčt able to get a larger one it is ok, but I recommend at least 5.

Jake lives in a 2 gallon Fluval Spec that's heated and filtered by himself. I'm going to put him in a 10 gallon community tank once I set it up.

When the 2 gallon is freed up I'm getting either my friends Betta if it survives that long or making a red cherry shrimp tank.

Sorry to bother you, but in your avatar picture. The fish in the cups, is that what they live in?
