I'm glad to hear they are only seed shrimp. They can't hurt my fry, and my fry are more likely to hurt them once they are big enough.
I was talking about the larger plants you gave us. We have a 30 gallon tank in the back yard for mosquito larva and we thought a couple of them on top would be nice once you have extra that is.

Yes that's what they are. I've never seen them before, so I didn't know what they were. My daughter would like more of the bulbs if you have any BTW.

Look like a little black ball that swim around the bottom

The plants are doing great. I have a few hitchhikers though. The snails I don't mind, but there is a small kind of beetle thing I don't know what it is.

Yeah don't toss the duckweed in your breeding tank
It will be harder for u in the long run
Use the water sprite n frogbits
Frogbit grow as fast as the duckweed but bigger n easier to maintain

All of it survived except for what we put in with the koi. I think they ate it! I loved all the extras that I didn't expect. It made a wonderful surprise.
