Go to the "folder" you want it in.

In your case I would put it in "Betta Diseases and Emergencies" section. Then in the top right of all the threads it will say "Forum Tools". Click on it. In the drop down menu select the option "New Thread".

At the top of the section you want to post in there is a button that says new thread. Click on that and you're all set. :)

I really don't know...I would start your own thread...

Hello and welcome to the forum. What size is your tank? Yes, you can put some plants along the divider to block the view. You may have to put one of them in his/her own tank if they are getting too stressed out.
