Hi BellaDiva. Looks like some bloat or possible tumor. Is he eating? How is hs behavior? I'd recommend a hospital tank with 3 tsp Epsom salt per gallon, frequent water changes and fast for a few days. Any more details you can share would be great. Such a handsome boy.
