Hi Melissa. Sorry for the late response, I don't come on the forums much anymore.
The plants I have were bought about 2 years ago. 3 plants. I have since pruned and replanted the prunings 3x.
The tank is actually alot more full of plants now than in those pics (the 29g anyways. The 5g tanks are gone).
The pond snails (came in on plants) and Malaysian trumpet snails (free from Petsmart, they hate them) seem to keep
the dead leaves eaten, so I haven't really had to clean it up too much. Seachem Root tabs are the only fertilizers I've ever used consistently.
