You and me, we can wander the streets feeding the cats together. And our boyfriends (when I finally get one) can sit at home and wonder what they see in such crazy cat ladies. How is Chunkers doing?

My Indian forum is insane! they say dropsy is caused by overfeeding, that I should give my fish laxatives meant for humans, that my "bowl" might be too small and I should feed them peas, spinach and beets on a regular basis!!!

Uhhhm, are you okay? No head trauma from all that headbanging?

Yes, weird boyfriend. But at least you have one. I have cats. I'm the crazy cat lady. And uhm, you wouldn't be happy with a not-weird boyfriend now would you?

Yes! I just wont have kids and turn that room into a betta room, since I'm not very fond of them after today anyway X( Wall to wall tank is a big leap from no tank in my opinion XD He wants it in the living room with slow moving funky lighting.. He decided all this already hehe! He keeps saying how when he was a kid he wanted to shrink a human, put him in scuba gear and put him in an aquarium.. He thinks the bettas are the closest he has gotten to that dream.. I have a weird boyfriend O.o

Sure, it starts with a wall-to-wall tank and ends up with several wall-to-wall tanks. Your sorority really does have loads of personality so I can see why he'd be mesmerized by them. Yes, you will definitely have to get a house big enough to have a designated betta room.

    Does this mean . . . could it mean . . . he wants a betta???

I would have clunked my hand over his head. I admire your self-restraint that you didn't. Poor Chunkers.

Yay! See what a little yelling can do. It makes you feel better AND it gets a point across. Sometimes. But I do hope you don't get in trouble with your grandmum. Hopefully she understands that hitting Handsome's tank with a cricket ball is bad behavior. And I'm glad Chunkers unclamped, that's great! Maybe she knew those kids were coming and was clamping up in advance.

Hang in there, just keep telling yourself "they're leaving soon, they're leaving soon." If worse comes to worse, tell them Handsome bites and bettas can suck blood.

Just don't disguise the worms too well. It would NOT be good if your guests opened up something labeled as a snack and got the worms instead. Funny but not good. I hope Chunkers is okay. Fingers crossed.
