I had to go buy another strip light too.. The old one burned out.. I had to rewire and connect the new one all over again, instead of just replacing the tube. -__-

I agree, he's not as magnificent looking anymore. :( How can I identify finrot on him, given his color? Seems quite challenging. Sloth is doing wonderfully! Her fins are almost completely grown back and have regained their beautiful coloration, although the blue lines aren't as even. I have the two in a divided (glass divided) tank with some AQ salt and Methylene blue to heal up their fins and let them meet each other. Phantom hates her, but she's pregnant and ready to go! Hoping they don't carry the melano gene...

Sherm is still in QT? Aw, poor guy! Thankfully he has someone as attentive as you taking care of him - I'm still confident he'll make a full recovery and dazzle us all again someday soon!

Oh I most certainly will! It won't be any time in the immediate future, as I have school obligations and have a job in VA, but probably over spring break or somewhere around there I'll be in CA. Will definitely keep you posted!

From what Ofl says you need a 6500K bulb. Plants are weird XD
I read that cabomba can survive in any lighting conditions except darkness if the lighting is consistently the same.. Maybe that's why it works for me XD

If I tell you,you'll laugh! It's one of those cheap tiny Chinese strip lights.. I don't remember the wattage but I remember the shopkeeper telling me it isn't good if I want to keep plants. I had bought it way back so I thought I'd let it burn out before getting another. XD It's just luck lol!
I think wisteria needs 3-5 watts per gallon, how big is the tank? And do you use any fertilisers?

I don't know.. Sometimes I feel like what if I had tried something else.. Maybe it would have helped? It feels like I took the easy way out and then sometimes it feels like I did the right thing.. Its still not the best feeling :/
