Yeah, we went to two, Mercer and California Caverns. Mercer stays at 55 and California stays at 53 degrees! It was so nice in there. You need to do a tour of at least Mercedes California is way out, but it is worth it! There was a house that was on top of the hills with a crazy view for sale, 69 acres, 2000 sq foot house with a 3 car garage. The most impressive thing, an airstrip with a hanger! Guess how much too!

Enjoy your vacation. :) Don't get lost in the caves and beware of bat guano. :D

That is awesome Sakura! I may have to invest in some of your fish when you do create the line.

I am on vacation and I am about to go into mercer caverns.

Yeah, my swordtails are the ones that look almost like koi. I was so thrilled when I just happened to find them at Pet Club. Hopefully the fry will look just like them; I want to start a line of these guys because they're so attractive.

I think I want some of the swordtails, aren't they the almost koi looking ones? They are super nice...

Yeah, if they give birth when I get them, maybe I will have some nice food for my girls, or I will have some little buggers swimming around until adult hood. Then I will have to do something with them...

If you don't want a huge population, definitely don't get a male. I just know with livebearers, if you have one of each, you have babies. Lots of them. It's why my guppies are separated now. My swordtails are still together but that's because I WANT babies from them. But the guppies? No way.

Cherry shrimp are suppose to as well, but I would rather have them be breeding before I put some in there since the bettas may snack on them. I may look into platies or swords, most likely female if I get the swordtails though. I like platies though, maybe get like 4 females, and if they are preggo the bettas can have a nice snack. I don't know if having a male would be too much breeding? I wouldn't want a huge population is why.

Guppies and platies might nibble at it. I'm not sure if Siamese Algae Eaters eat hair algae. They might. I know they eat red and brown algae. Just not Chinese Algae Eaters. They don't really eat algae at all and they get big and mean. >.>

Yeah, it is more than just a one and you're done type of thing. If you look on YouTube Frokk1 just had BBA and he was fighting it and said that you have to keep it up until the are dead. I think it is like a 5% diluted mixture of poroxide, but I am not sure on that.

Alright thanks, do any live bearers do eat it? I don't think gouramis would get along with the bettas
