I'm not sure what Gurren Lagan is about, I haven't seen it, but loads of people have recommended it to me. Moon Phase is about a paranormal photographer who can't see ghosts but somehow ends up with a little vampire girl living with him who has special powers. Other vampires are after her and he has to protect her but he has no "spiritual" powers at all. Story of Saiunkoku is about a woman in a China-like country who tutors the emperor because he's pretending to be stupid. She then goes on to become the first female official of the country but the emperor is reluctant to give her any duties because he's in love with her.

Lol i AM 14 haha! Anyways so what are those animes about? And don't worry i haven't kept up to date perfectly either XD

I love the Vampire Knight manga, I really don't know why I haven't watched the anime. I've heard good things about Hetalia (haha, I'm definitely over 14). Uhm, new anime . . . I've heard Gurren Lagann is good. I admit I haven't kept up with the latest anime quite as much as I should so some of my recommendations might be a little out of date. But Moon Phase is good and I really like The Story of Saiunkoku. I'll ask around for some other good anime too.

Haha, yup, I love anime. My male guppy is a black tuxedo and my two females both have yellow in their tails so I thought the names were perfect. I LOVE Fruits Basket! Also love Slayers, Trigun, and School Rumble. I can't believe I haven't seen the Vampire Knight anime yet, though. Lol, what's wrong with me, how can I call myself an anime fan?
