Nope I keep all my bettas tanks at 78-80 degrees... I believe some bettas are just...sickly..improper breeding and such..maybe.. I plan on getting him his own 2.5-3 gallon unfiltered..

Maybe his tank/bowl is too cold. Check the temp, if its below 76 degrees F, that could explain a lot.

I got him a few days before Valentines day..Ever since then he has been sickly off and on..He was looking alot better so I decided to move him into a divided 10 gallon and it went horribly wrong! He started acting real sick and laying on the bottom with clamped fins and he was pale..I now have him in his 1 gallon critter keeper for now with IAL and aquarium salt.. and he is doing a little better...Maybe he just likes small spaces? haha :P

i'm alright.My fish seems to be doing a little better. Cant wait till he is all the way better and I can get him into something bigger!:)
