Just make sure they aren't really small girls, it's not likely but the AFB does has a big mouth and they may seem slow and graceful but they have super fast burst of speed. For a while I had a pictus catfish in my tank and I had bought this pretty little copper crowntail, she disappeared over night :(

I hate bogus info, I'm always reading about how aggressive the dragon Goby is, when they're actually very peaceful almost blind filter feeders.

They do better by themselves unless you have a large aquarium because they can be territorial of the surface. I keep mine in a 16g, along with a blue gourami who is also a species known for being territorial around the surface and they do fine together.

When you first bring a AFB home they will usually only eat live food, such a crickets, and maybe freeze dried because it looks similar. After I started hand feeding mine it would eat about anything from my hand, and now I no longer hand feed it because it will eat the omega flakes I feed my girls greedily lol I still give him the occasional live food when I catch a bug around the house or out back. They need a good aquarium hood, and are known for jumping, but I haven't had any problems with it. Having live/silk floating plants will give it places to hide if it feels threatened so it won't feel it needs to jump.
