I'd put the female in your extra tank in case they don't get along, and put the guppy in your community tank. Just put them beside each other to see how she'll behave.

I have a question I know that she needs to be QT and I was wodering becuase I have a male guppy and was wondering if I should seperat them at first and see her temperment and who should be in the space thats shares the water but they can't get each othr who goes in the little one?
