    Hi, Richard!

I am releasing my six females (four from you and two other EE girls from Mo) into the ten gallon tomorrow! I'm planning on upgrading to a twenty gallon but fingers crossed that they all get along well! They are still doing good and seem to be very healthy!!!

I tried, lol. She had stress stripes so I really couldn't get any good pictures. I'll probably try again, anyways, though.

I really like the spots on the top of the first girl - they kind of look like koi markings. I really hope they stay there. And the second girl has such bright colors! It was amazing to me because I took those pictures the same day I got them in the mail - the first time I received females in the mail, they were pale and had very little color.

And I took that picture of the purple female on my phone because I just didn't really feel like lugging out my camera :p so hopefully today I can get some pictures on my actual camera. Idk, I'll see what I can do. I will probably remove the silk plant in her QT tank to get some better lighting. My camera takes really fast photos if the lighting is adequate.

Here they are in their QT tanks! Would you be able to tell me which dragon girl is which?

Was 250, now 280 miles away. It would only be a nice 4 plus hour drive and priority would only take a day or two! Ha ha!

Awwww. I'm in Kansas. I was just excited at the idea that a breeder could actually live relatively close to me.

    Hi Chard,

I was wondering if I could ask you: I saw some of your pictures on the AB thread. Since your fire dragons have that beautiful gold overlay what is your method of capturing that shine on camera? I have been working with a couple of super gold spawns and now it is time to take pictures to start rehoming them. Pictures at their best are tricky with fish, but I find I am having a really hard time capturing their true essence with different lighting methods. Natural light seems best but then there is the problem with glare. Would you mind sharing any tips or tricks you may have up your sleeve for catching the gold on camera? I think you have been at this longer than me and hope you will be willing to help out a fellow Betta lover/breeder. Thank you in advance for any advice you might share :)

Thank you :) I'll probably do express shipping (I'm assuming that price is for priority). I will have to wait a while more because it is supposed to snow here the next two days and I'm not sure if its going to warm up much in a week or so. I am hoping you'll still have a purple female left. They are pretty! (And so are the dragon girls!)

Anyways, I will PM you, then. Thank you :)

Ooh, how many purple females do you have left? How much would you charge for 3 dragon girls (a red, fire, & snow) and a purple female including shipping? And what age are they?
