Yup. It should be a cloudy dull orange color.

They can live in the water for awhile. Days in fact. Microworms and BBS die with 1-3 days so vinegar eels are definately easier to feed.

Ok, it took a little longer since i added the culture kinda late... but it's finally started... worms coming up now..

And those vinegar eels are soo cool. Your instructions says they can live in water indefinately.... does that mean i don't have to worry about over feeding, and can just dump them in after rinse?? unlilke BBS or microworms?

Hey. it's me again.. I think I might need to buy microworm culture from you again... I think i waited to long after receiving package.. I saw lots of movement and thought it was coming along fine... but now i see very little movement and no worms up sides yet... Will monitor for 2 more days then order if needed

How are those microworms?
