Ok so I got word that my sewing machine will be ready for pick up Tuesday. They are supposed to call to confirm that today. The store is way down in Hamilton and is open till 6pm so lots of time.
Here is my cell 905 706 4835, call me over the weekend and we can talk about how to get this tank and stand to you. Meeting you after work is fine, just need an address/location and who to look for! Or if there is a day you are not working that gives us more leeway for time and could meet in the morning. That is preferrable so I can travel on to Guelph to see my Dad. But I'm open to anything. A Timmy's parking lot is fine too!
    Ok, talk to you soon,

No problem, it was basically: it is actually a 45G at 36Lx12Dx24T, Tube stand and tank. no top or light. Found silicone on Big Al''s online site, $9 lg tube. I dont' want any money for it, just an appreciative home, someone to do the work to re-seal it rather than end of driveway in garbage. Can deliver to you after your work, at work, if I pick up my machine in Hamiliton next week later in the day rather than 9 am. no date yet. think about it, no obligation, you may have 1st refusal. Let me know if you want the challenge. pic on my profile... "old tank".

Hi Crocer! My old aquarium it is in fact a 45G. 36"Lx12"Wx24"H. Tube stand & tank only. It continued leaking even when the water was down to about 8" deep, the leak may be in the bottom or down the one back seam. I DO NOT want any money for it as I know it will be a "project" tank to who ever takes it. It was intended for the garbage for someone to scoop off the street but have to arrange a "large item pick up". I would much rather it goes to someone who needs it & would appreciate it. I did find silicone by the large tube on Big Al's online site at $9 a tube. Now you have the dimensions, contact Big Al's or kijiji, craigslist etc for a tank if you only want the stand. I will also deliver it to you, my Dad lives in Guelph & I travel Milton way, 407 & 401. We would just have to co-ordinate. If you decide you are not interested, that is no problem too!! Just let me know. I will try to post a pic of it on my profile.
