I have a question have you had problems with your pairs changing behaviour. My pair spawned great last time no injuries, this time the male is being very rough. Has this happened to you??

LOL im actually an asian living in Australia. Youre in Indonesia right? I used to live in Singapore but sadly, only got into fighters here in Au. Singapore would be a much easier place to 'culture' my hobby. Youre about 3 hours behind us and im usually on my laptop the moment I come home from school but mostly on msn. LOL ok now back to business, I just want to have copper offspring, so if I breed a copper PK with my blue (with red fins) CTFM and then chose the best looking female from the spawn and spawned her with her dad or another copper male bought from the store and keep repeating this process, would I eventually get a really nice copper CTPK and if so, how many generations will this take?

Oh okay awesome! it'll be interesting to see she some of the variations in the fry I do live in a duplex rather than an apartment. So essentially a rented home, I will have to look into those, it would be nice to save some money as it is an expensive hobby so far!

Well I am really into the platinum color I would like to work on that really. As for tail I would like halfmoons because they are uncommon here BUT I don't really mind what the tail type is I am planning on focusing more on the color rather than the tail type for now I think. I think my one fry may be a delta or veil tail but I wasn't expecting the spawn to give anything in particular in regards to tail type. Mine are petstore bettas, I am glad someone else likes to start with them. I find you have more ways to broaden what you are doing with the petstore fish...I don't think I want to buy an already established line I want to try to get something I like and work on it.

Thanks!!! Oh yay I was hoping that she might have it, her white looks a lot different then any other white betta I have ever seen. Perhaps maybe I will try them next. I put him by my sorority the other day just to give him some excitment for a day and he really noticed her more than the others.
