Heyy Peaches, love your avatar! You could get your betta a two gallon bowl and leave about an 1.5 inches of water at the top, that way you have no jumping out of the bowl. I know what you mean about the tight budget! I find it hard looking after all my pets! Lol! I "friended" you =)
