That's awesome, lucky you :3 I have plans for a job, then going shopping out of province for a while... and of course my snake... my mom's changed her mind and is only allowing wild-caught snakes, caught by me of course... the only reason being she doesn't think I'll be able to find any. XD Well. I will prove her wrong. Captive-bred would be much better.

And currently I've been continuing my snake research. Put together a budget... and if the parents will allow me to catch a garter snake and bring it back up (I'm not going to- they seem to think that whatever I catch I plan on keeping)- they will allow me to purchase a snake... since 1. It's legal. And 2- wild snakes are not as healthy as those in captivity, generally.

So yes. :D Have had my eye on kingsnakes... preferably the extremely high white variety. And black california. My goodness they are gorgeous... I must gush and send over pictures. <3 Hold on a sec. XD
