Be careful adding too many females with him, personally I would stick to 2 in a least for can always add them later.....

Hi ! I added the two females. there was a bit of nipping but i expected that. The male at first had no clue what was going on really he hid for the first few hours. Then he got more brave and started to venture out to see them both. He flared but took no real notice. He will chase them if the get too close to "his" part of the tank ( Front part of the tank) the females mainly stay at the back. Im really happy with what has happened. Thanks for your help. Im also getting two new females on monday so the can fully establish the pecking order.

Im just about to move my white cloud fry into my betta fry tank. My fry are almost 3 weeks old now . Will they start accepting powered fry food yet?

Wow thats a lot of fry! I dont think i could manage that many lol! At the moment im just setting up a new planted tank. Its about half a gallon so its very tiny it was hard to try and scape it , i was having to use tweezers to put the tiny rocks in place. It was very frustrating lol. I will send you pics soon.

They are all doing great, just pulled about 50 more fry from my outside experiments due to the water getting too cold. I have close to 300 hundred in the house now and about that many still

Awesome....if the white cloud fry are about the same size of the Betta fry-they should be fine, also the white cloud fry can help teach them to eat processed foods too. I often add guppy fry to my Betta grow-out tanks without any problems.
