That makes sense, since they are such clean fish anyway. Also, do you think a slightly too strong filter would stress a betta out enough to affect it's well being at all? I know all bettas are different, but I mean on average...

Uugh I have been freaking out over filter flow bothering bettas, and I am now considering just takin the filter out of the equation all together....But what I want to know is; Is it better care, in your opinion, to have a filter for a betta? Or is it the same care and health whether you have a filter or not? Hallyx seems to think it's bad to not have a filter(meaning cycle) no matter what. What do you think about his opinion?

Oh you mean the other companies that make Golden Pearls? Yeah I think some do have fillers, but I'm talking about the ones from Ken's Fish specifically...

So....GPs don't have fillers because of the technology that went into making them?

Well then how do Golden Pearls not have wheat or starch in them? There is no wheat or starch in them...

Hello OFL, I was reffered to you for a question about food! I recently have discovered Golden Pearls by Ken's fish and I noticed they are the only pellet (or flake or granule) type food that doesn't have any starch or grain product in it. This is great and everything, but I thought pellet foods had to have some type of grain or starch to hold their pellet shape...Am I misinformed about that? Thanks.
