As always, amazed at your tanks... is there pictures of your angelfish somewhere? I just got a few gold dimes from Carolina. Jim

Hey OFL! I was just wondering if it was possible to start a NPT in a ten gallon? If so, I will start a thread on it but if not, I figured it would be a waste of a thread. thanks!

I'm going to post an album showing my room, and where the tanks are if you don't mind checking it out. I don't want to post a bunch of pics on your page lol. Thanks OFL

Only one of my tanks has an actual light, an led, but it is only on if I go in to see him at night. All of my tanks only have indirect light all day, the tanks with no lights have table lamps, again they are only on when I need to see the fish at night or do water changes etc. So, is there a particular plant that would do well with this kind of lighting?

Hey OFL...what is a good floating plant for unfiltered tank. My room has two widows, and that is the light I use during the day, though no direct sunlight. I need something easy enough for a newbie, but beneficial to both tank and betta, thanks!

Thank you! All is fine right now, just been living and taking care of family/pets and working on getting health back in order. Volunteering with youth programs, etc in town so have been busy. Hope all is good with you!

Thanks OFL, I really appreciate you messaging me back. I removed him from the tank and I think I'll just leave him separate, I'll pick up a 5 gallon later on and put him in there as his new house lol.

Repost: If my betta fish DOES pass away at some point in his life (I hope not soon or there will always be tears regardless) what would I do?

His 5 gallon is fully cycled, but how can I keep dosing ammonia to keep the cycle continuing (before I add a new betta, of course) if there are 2 Amano shrimp in the tank?! They will surely die! & we all don't want that.

Hi OFL, sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you had any information on Indian Whisker Shrimp? I recently got one but I'm worried he'll hurt my betta, I tried researching this species online and haven't got much information from Google except that in a group they can attack fish. I'm worried =( I hope either way you can let me know that way I can take him out and house him separately from my fish. Thanks OFL, hope you're having a great day!
