Hi OFL. I have a question about cleaning my beta's tank.
I have 1 female beta in a 2.5 gallon tank. I alternatively change about 50% water, and 100%. When I do 100%, I remove all gravel, heater, artificial plants and decorations, let them sit under faucet of warm, running tap water, put a splash of white vinegar into her empty tank, fill the rest of the tank with tap water. Swish it around using a bottle cleaning cloth I bought strictly to clean her tank, rinse the tank out 7 -8 times. Then I add all the decorations back, sometimes I swap a couple, as there isn't enough room for all her "toys", then I put Jewel back in. I did a 50 today. In 4 days (Tuesday) I will do the 100. Am I cleaning her tank too much? Do I need to use vinegar every 8 days?
