okay, thanks~
how is treatment going for Leonine and Amaryllis going?
-
Alright, good luck! It gets so frustrating after a while but it's totally worth it :)
-
m'kay, thanks :) lol, I'm not looking forward to trying to feed the little guy his garlic soaked pellets, hopefully he'll take a few, if not, I'll try soaking/defrosting the frozen bloodworms in garlic juice.

IME bettas only jerk when they've got parasites :/ I'd keep up with the treatment a bit.
-
I'm so confused, I've gotten him into the qt 2 gallon with 2 tsps of aq salt, but he's acting completely normal, no jerking, or stress or anything. >.< when I tested him, he jerked a bit, but that might have been because I was in a bit of a rush and practically dumped him in.... thoughts?
-
okay :D I'll skip on the meds then, I'm always a bit nervous when using them as it is XD Thanks~
-
Meds (except the aquarium salt) aren't really necessary- though Jungle Parasite Clear should help a little bit.
Good luck, keep me updated! I have Leonine to treat as well.
-
he's in a 10 gallon, but I can move him to a 2 gallon qt tank :)
I'll be sure to do that. I've got to go to petsmart, so if I need meds, I hope i'll be able to find and get them
-
Alright. Not sure what tank size he's in, but if he's in a five gallon or up, it'd be best to move him to a 1-3 gallon. If he's in a five gallon or higher and you can't do that, tell me his tank size and I can help you out further.
Do daily 100% water changes with 1 tsp of aq salt per gallon for ten days. Crush up some garlic, mix his pellets in them (once he decides to eat), put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and feed them to him as you usually would. (Always have these on hand.)
