Oh, wow, I am sorta like a polar opposite in that lol. I've experimented in jumping for a while, and my one mare looks AMAZING in english, but really stuck to western, and barrels.

Lol, yeah, because a ammonia or nitrate/nitrite spike would be BAD.

Sounds like my mare Ruby! Had her a while as well. Do you ride western or english?

    it's fine, life gets busy!
Okay, I know my adults get stressed during larger water changes, so it would seem to be better to wait longer. I have an airstone going in there to make sure the water doesn't film over, and siphon out the uneaten foods, and normally go a once over on the bottom of the tank, would that suffice until they can have a larger w/c? I would hate to kill them! D:

Okay, I wouldn't want them to possible choke or have the water go bad, so I could definitely wait, paitence is a virtue!

Thank you so much! Also, I love your horse in your profile picture!
He/She reminds me of my first horse, in a way.

Hey, since you seem really knowledgeable about raising spawns, and since this is my first spawn, I have a question or two for you.

Since they are a month old and 5 days old, do you think I could do a large water change, if not drain 90% of their tank? The water is clean, but I would like it to be a lot cleaner.

Also, when do you think I can introduce "dry" foods?

Ya Im the only kid in my school who keeps bettas. I always have my betta books (which now have duct tape bindings :P) with me. And the non-betta lovers think I'm a freak :P .

Nice website by the way, I liked the info. The dog to betta comparison was the best.
