Well the betta bowl conviction crumbled with the first cloudy water crisis. Bought a 5g and the components to start a Walstad-esque bio-managed tank.
I've had mechanically managed tanks in the past, just never tried a scaped, bio-managed tank. One fish, why not? 8)

Greetings visitors! Click on the album to the left to watch FredFish's progress in photos. It has been exactly 25 years since I owned an aquarium. Thought I might be overdue for a new one. I chose to do a betta bowl instead of an aquarium this time 'round. We will see if that conviction holds.
