I just want to give you a few links from oldfishlady. I want to post those links for you because some people cycle but still don't do enough water changes (25%) and don't clean filter media , and i think it important ...so check out those links.

Hey welcome back, i am glad everything better for you :) Well it always something , at least in my life lol Just always need to wait and do what we need to do and finally it always get better :)
Do you cycle your 10 gall tank? I want to give you link where Oldfishlady give cycling instructions. It always good to know something new and helpful.Just not sure if you cycling.
Make sure you swish/rinse filter media regularly and vacuum the gravel weekly when you do water changes.
I personally don't cycle any of my tanks so i don't know anything about it.
