Byron, when junglebee in the thread Parasites Killed My Fish posts again, can you walk him/her through cycling? I'm not sure if (s)he knows what that is and you understand and can explain cycling. I would appreciate it, thank you. :)
Certainly. You were on the right track, no doubt of that; I entered the thread to save some time by getting more info from the OP. I'll keep an eye on it. B.

I believe my tank is cycled. No ammonia, no nitrite. 10ppm nitrate. I have 7 cherry barbs currently and i am ready to stock the Neon Tetras. 10 total. Can I stock 10 at once? I updated a previous post yesterday and asked this but didnt get any responses. I believe i need to stock the glass catfish last per your previous advice.
Yes, add all neons together. I assume live plants are present. And Glass Cats last. B.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
