Hello. I'm new to owning fish.

I had five fish before, all zebra danios and they developed some kind of fungus so they all died. I rinsed everything in the tank out with water and a little bit of chlorine. After three days of drying I set up the tank and bought fish.
Unfortunately, five have died right after I put them in the water.

I had three neon tetras, two tiger barbs and still have two ghost shrimp. I have a ten gallon tank.
I put in colorful rocks after I rinsed them out, put in my plants after I rinsed them. I added aquarium salt, two tablespoons, and water conditioner. About a half hour later I added my new fish and after that, they all died.

What could be the problem?

Ok,
the first thing you need to do and look at this post and answer the questions in it.
Diagnosis Form - Read this before you post.
The more info you give (water conditions/temp/etc etc) the more help we can give you.
One suggestion is don't add salt unless the fish are ill.
How did you introduce the fish?,let the bag of fish float in the water to get the right temp over time?,add some tank water every 5 mins or so,so that the fish get used to your tanks water etc?.

I used tap water, water temp is 70-75 degrees.

Oh I didn't know about the bag in the water.I guess it shocked them.

Freshwater. Just set it up today.
I have a filter an Aqueon and a heater
Light is on all day. Its 2 25watt clear and a blue light bulb. They are not exposed to sunlight.
Changed the water today it's tap. I used topfin water conditioner and API aquarium salt. It's the first time I added any gravel straight out of the bag after I washed it.
I just got the fish today and put some flakes in.

Do you have a water testing kit?.
Adding more than a couple of fish into a new tank will cause problems if the tank/filter isn't cycled.
