Hi and welcome to TFK

There is a reason that you need to have so many posts before chat is allowed. It's just to make sure new members are really contributing and participating in regular threads/posts.

It's a precaution to eliminate trolls who would just join the forum, jump right to chat, and start being rude (you have no idea how often this happens).

I'm not sure if it's 10 or 25 posts before you can get in there. Just try getting in there once in a while and I'll try to find out how many posts are needed in the meantime.

i see you're at 9 posts already. reply here so you can get to 10, then refresh the browser and see if you can get into chat. from what i've seen, 10 seems to be the number.
