Question what is the likelihood?

I had 6 guppies, 2 male 4 female since saturday. The 2 males have died between last night and today and 2 females are in isolation. What is the likelihood that any of the 2 females left in the tank are pregnant

It is very likely. Did you get the females from a mixed tank? I have endlers they are like guppies. I had the virgin female endlers with a few males for 1 week and they all had babies from them after about 1 month. You will see them getting bigger towards the end of the month. Sometimes they will not have the babies within the 28 days and will have them when the conditons are just right.

Chances are still fairly good that both are carrying fry. Have you fixed your fish dying problem yet? I would think that getting them healthy would be a good first step.

Of course that is the main priority but I was just curious. I have not had any other problems and have not be able to identify what happened either. I have several posts here still looking for advice/suggestions.

I would have to assume that the females are pregnant. Hopefully you will be able to save the remaining guppies. With the babies you get out of these females you can rebuild your population.
